Nevermind, spent all yesterday afternoon over in Valencia to get materials to craft them. You need a saddle for Joy Ride to work. So far mine is level 10, knows Joy Ride (Instant Accel), Rampage (Roar), and Fore Chop. Speed is at 107% and weight capacity is 1,065 LT.
