There is no way to find the seed on the server unless you have the necessary permissions to do so, and world downloader wont help you out with that. My suggestion would be to wait until the server is ready to change maps, and ask if you can have the seed then. But DO NOT continuously ask admins, staff, or the owner for the seed.
