To unlock this favor you need to complete Fafnir’s Storeroom after the Sickness main mission.

In order to get the Infinity Gauntlet, you must first acquire the Shattered Gauntlet of the Ages during the Favor Family Business. You can claim the Gauntlet from a Traveler you’ll have to defeat onboard a small ship near the end of the caves that the Favor brings you in.

After completing it, players just have to do complete the “Family Business” favor, and they’ll be rewarded with the broken gauntlet. Of course, an Infinity Gauntlet isn’t of any use without the necessary Infinity Stones. In God of War that means equipping the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages with three out of six rare enchantments (via Gamesradar ).
