The only way to sell fish is to go to the trade manager. To find the closest Trade manager, press M to bring up the map. Then press the search icon, followed by left-clicking the trade manager NPC shown in the picture below. The game will now path you to the nearest trade manager, where you can sell your fish.

How to Sell Your Fish. First, assuming you have some blue and yellow grade fish, take all your fish to an imperial fish trader and sell all the fish he or she will take. Next, decide if the rest of the fish is valuable enough that traveling for a distance bonus is worth it.

If you are fishing your fish from a connected node, the best price you can get will be selling them at the farthest away node that is connected you can. You get a distance bonus and don’t drop to 30% of value selling them in connected nodes. its not about true distance from the place cought. it is all about nodes.

Head up the road to the trader and select Trade, then click sell all. Side note, the farther away you go from where you caught the fish, the more they’ll sell for, but you have to have all of the nodes connected, from where you caught it to where you sold it. You ‘sell’ fish at the Trade Manager.
