XxMistahKrazyxX 9 years ago #4. the ribbons are gained from Honor, which you earn by playing well, or at least, by being a friendly person to play with or against. Red is Honorable Opponent earned only from people you’ve played against. Green is Team Work, earnd by allies on your team who thought you played well for the team.

I had the teamwork ribbon on my first account when I was a support main (mostly support poppy) but then after about a year I transferred over to a smurf as my main and started playing top a lot. 300 teamwork honors and still no teamwork ribbon. I get an honor about every 3-4 games and sometimes like in my last game I’ll get a few in 1 game.

If you got the honorable ribbon first, it will stay that way until you lose it. Also, if you are given more honorables in a short amount of time than teamworks (like, the same number of honorables in a week as teamworks in a month or something), the system is based off of how consistently you are honored, not how many you have overall.
